The Vision of Sista’s In Solidarity is to help see an end to the stigma of mental illness, and to help see an end to every form of abuse.

About Sylvia
Sylvia, the organizations founder, is an advocate, mentor, a wife, a (bonus)mother of 8, a grandmother of 5 and former foster parent. She enjoys camping, hiking, writing and photography.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and has several certifications. She is dedicated to helping at-risk youths, raising awareness and taking action on social issues that affects us all.
